Blockchain Integration for Supply Chain Transparency

Bringing traceability and trust to international logistics

Client / Context:
A global logistics firm operating across multiple continents, with complex compliance and fraud challenges in its supply chain.

Problem:
Lack of end-to-end traceability and reliable shipment data led to disputes, inefficiencies, and regulatory issues.

Solution:
I designed a permissioned blockchain network using Hyperledger Fabric, enabling stakeholders to share a tamper-proof ledger. I developed smart contracts to automate compliance checks and built a secure dashboard for clients to monitor shipments in real time.

Impact / Results:

  • 40% reduction in fraud-related disputes

  • Improved customs clearance through auditable digital records

  • Greater trust from partners and customers in the supply chain

Tech Stack: Hyperledger Fabric, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Docker
